Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card is charged when your order is accepted. All orders on the Grabink.com web site (the "Web Site") are placed using our secure online ordering system. Telephone orders are accepted as well. International orders must fill out the international order form and make payment via check or money order.
Sales Tax As a New York corporation doing business in New York State, Grabink is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a New York address.
Shipping Domestic (contiguous U.S.) orders are shipped via UPS Ground. International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Orders to Canada will ship via UPS Standard to Canada. Some oversized orders will ship via other third party carriers. Grabink cannot deliver to a P.O. box. A street address and phone number are required for all shipments. Unframed and metal-framed prints are shipped out within one week of placing an order. Wood framed prints require special stain and finishing work and are shipped out within three weeks of placing the order. Shipping Costs are automatically calculated during the online ordering process. The correct freight charge is displayed on your screen prior to submitting your order. Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees, which are collected at the destination. The recipient pays these fees. Grabink reserves the right to limit shipments beyond the United States in accordance with applicable law. Shipping time is in addition to the time required to fill the order. Shipping takes from 1 to 6 business days in transit for most continental U.S. destinations. Details about shipping times can be found at the UPS website.
Returns If the contents of the package arrive to you damaged, Contact custserv@grabink.com or call 1(212) 421-3611. Put the package back into the box. Please save everything. Grabink will file a damage claim with the carrier who will have the package picked up. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order less the cost of shipping. All we ask is that the returned merchandise is in as good a condition as when it was shipped to you. We recommend UPS or Parcel Post insured for shipment of returns. If an error was made on the order, please notify customer service as soon as possible. Security At Grabink, we use the most sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the information we receive from you. We further protect it in our internal systems. As a precaution, we do recommend that you exit the Web Site and close your browser window after your order, especially, if you are on a shared computer or in a public place.
Privacy Grabink does not share, sell or rent personally identifiable information about its customers. In certain circumstances Grabink may provide aggregate statistics about customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors. Grabink may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of grabink, our users, or others.
